Tree Warranty
At Root’s Nurseries we guarantee our trees and shrubs to be top quality.
When Root’s does the planting:
All plants are guaranteed to be alive for 1 year from the date of planting. Replacements for planting jobs include ONE free replacement which carries no warranty and includes the cost of the plant only. Root’s will charge delivery and planting labor for the free replacement. If the exact plant is not in stock, substitutions and adjustments will be made. There may be cases where it is determined the warranty is not valid due to theft, vandalism, vehicular accidents, animal damage and effects from severe weather storms.
When you plant your own trees and shrubs:
We assure the plant material is top quality and in good health condition when it leaves the nursery. However, we have no control over what happens next. Therefore, there is NO Warranty if Root’s does not do the planting.
